I always knew that Christina Aguilera is one hot mama and a pop diva. This latest poll validates this assumption. I just could not believe that Britney Spears would top the list though. Unbelievable.

The search engine Ask.com has compiled a list of the most often searched for celebrity moms with careers in the music industry, and the list just might surprise you. While some are familiar faces to CBB readers, including recent first-time new moms Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera, some have rarely — if ever — been featured on the site, like Aretha Franklin and Cher.

1. Britney Spears

2. Jennifer Lopez

3. Christina Aguilera

4. Celine Dion

5. Madonna

6. Aretha Franklin

7. Cher

8. Gwen Stefani

9. Whitney Houston

10. Shania Twain

Did Christina Aguilera get wasted?

christina-aguilera-drunk-nc.jpg

Have you seen the photos of Christina Aguilera holding on to husband, Jordan Bratman for dear life as they left a new club in Hollywood?

She seemed wasted to me. She is perfectly capable of walking on her own so why does it look like Jordan is supporting her in these photos?

We just can’t tell if Aguilera was drunk or just exhausted, but one thing is certain, she needed the help of her husband Jordan Bratman to help her to a waiting car. Christina Aguilera just is not used to all this partying anymore, bringing up a child seems to have taking all the life out of her, and she used to be a party animal just a few years back.

What do you think?

Christina Aguilera’s sexy outfits are over?

I don’t believe this, Christina Aguilera’s Dirrty fashion style is now over, it’s in the past, finito, finished. I love her daring outfits! I hope she’s not thinking of going frumpy. That is so not hot.

The pop star insists her butt-baring chaps, which she wore in the video for hit single ‘Dirrty’, are staying in the wardrobe with the rest of her provocative clothes.

She said: “Every look I did was important at the time, but I’m not going back. However, I don’t believe in fashion faux pas. Fashion should be fun, lots of people take it way too seriously.”

Christina Aguilera doesn’t mind cheap publicity

christina-aguilera-criticism-sp.jpg

If I was Christina Aguilera and I have a wonderful family — a loving husband and a gorgeous, healthy baby boy PLUS a successful career, why would I mind a few criticisms here and there?

Christina Aguilera surely takes criticism in the right spirit, for according to the singer all publicity is good publicity. The ‘Beautiful’ hitmaker insisted that for her criticism is good because then at least people talk about her.

The new mommy is unfazed when she reads negative stories about herself in the press and refuses to let the articles upset her because she knows there is always a positive aspect to the coverage. “Being objectified in magazines comes with the territory, you have to take it with a pinch of salt,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

“In terms of reading bad opinions, I tend to see all negativity and criticism as a good thing. Because people are at least talking about me, so they must care in some way,” she added.

Christina Aguilera loved her pregnant body

christina-aguilera-pregnant-sp.jpg

When I was pregnant (and that would be like almost 11 years ago now!), I didn’t really stare at my body much. It felt weird to see my body get out of shape. I didn’t dislike it or anything but I am no Christina Aguilera when it comes to admiring my bod.

For Christina, she loved her pregnant body! She was in awe of it! Who could blame her? She looked great pregnant!

The changes my body underwent when I was pregnant amazed me. Watching my belly grow, it was incredible. As a woman, I think you have to look at your pregnant body as the most beautiful it has ever been because you are housing another life. And I had my little cleavage, which I enjoyed showing here and there. But I definitely wanted to get back into shape after the birth. I was missing the gym. Trust me, I hate working out. I’m not a fitness maniac, and more than anything I love a good burger and fries. But I also love muscle definition and feeling good. It was important for me so that I could do the things I love, like performing on stage.

Christina Aguilera says critics take fashion too seriously

christina-aguilera-fashion-sp.jpg

I agree with Christina Aguilera when she says that her critics take fashion too seriously. So she can be flamboyant at times, she can be over the top. Christina is an artist and she’s entitled to do that. She doesn’t mind being criticised though. For her, she believes at least people care enough to make a comment. It’s better than nothing I suppose!

Did you also know that Christina does not believe in fashion faux pas?

I don’t have a lot of patience when it comes to shopping. I’m more like: “Bring me lots of options.” Trends don’t particularly interest me, either, but I have put a lot of effort into planning my new wardrobe. I have loads of wig-heads for hats, and a shoe wall filled from floor to ceiling. It even has a ladder on wheels, a bit like in an old library, so I can scoot along and get what I want quickly.

I don’t believe in fashion faux pas. Every look I did was important at the time. When I was in the Lady Marmalade video it was all about being over the top, sexy and playful. The big hair, the make-up, it was so much fun. Would I do that today? Probably not. It was a different time, a different place for me.

Everybody has an opinion on what I wear, especially about the outfits that were perceived as being very provocative. Some people were really closed-minded and judgmental. Fashion should be fun; lots of people take it way too seriously.
